This App only processes the following information within the necessary scope to achieve its core functions:
- User Account Information: When you register or log in, we may collect your phone number, third-party account OpenID (such as WeChat), etc., for account identification and security verification.
- Device Information: To ensure the normal operation of the App, we collect device model, operating system version, network information, etc.
- Photos and Image Data: Photos you upload or take will be used for AI avatar generation. We only temporarily process this data on our servers and do not use it for training AI models or any other purposes.
- Facial Data Collection: We use facial features from images only locally on your device to generate AI avatars. The entire processing does not involve uploading data. Original images and facial data are neither sent to any server nor shared with third parties. Upon completion of generation, the data is immediately cleared from the device memory to ensure your privacy security.
2. Purpose of Information Use
We collect information solely for the following purposes:
- To provide core functionalities such as AI avatar generation, style conversion, and image download;
- To maintain account security and prevent abuse and malicious behavior;
- To optimize product experience and fix technical issues;
- To respond to your requests and provide customer support.
3. Data Storage and Retention
- Your original photos and generated avatars will be encrypted and stored on our servers for a maximum of 24 hours. After this period, the system will automatically delete them.
- Images saved locally on your device are managed by you personally and are not covered by this policy.
- Data is stored within mainland China and is not transferred across borders.
4. Data Security Measures
We employ industry-standard technical and management measures to protect your information, including but not limited to:
- Data transmission uses HTTPS encryption;
- Servers are equipped with firewalls and access control mechanisms;
- Access permissions to sensitive data are restricted for employees;
- Regular security audits and vulnerability checks are conducted.
5. Third-Party Services
This App currently does not integrate third-party advertising SDKs or data analysis tools. If introduced in the future, we will notify you separately and obtain your consent.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- View, download, or delete records of generated avatars;
- Delete your account (if supported), which will result in the deletion of related data;
- Withdraw consent or stop using this App without affecting the legality of previous processing;
