Paid Service Agreement

Effective Date: September 25, 2025

Tianjin Zhihuiyunke Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we") provides paid services through the "Magic Image" App (hereinafter referred to as "this App"). This agreement outlines the purchase rules for in-app virtual goods, service details, and related user rights. Please read carefully before purchasing.

1. Service Description

This App offers AI-based avatar generation services. Users can purchase "AI Avatar Generation Credits" via the in-app purchase function to unlock usage permissions. All paid items are virtual goods and do not involve physical delivery.

2. Paid Items and Prices

The current paid packages are listed below:

All transactions are completed through official payment channels of app stores (such as Huawei App Market, Apple App Store, etc.), supporting various payment methods including Huabei, Apple ID balance, bank cards, Alipay, etc. We do not directly receive or process your payment information.

3. Usage Rules

• Upon successful purchase, generation credits will be automatically added to your account and can be viewed under "My Credits" or "Usage History".
• Each use of the AI avatar generation feature deducts one credit from your account.
• Generation credits are considered virtual resources and are non-refundable once purchased (except as required by law or permitted by app store policies).
• Generated credits have no expiration date and remain valid indefinitely unless forfeited due to violation of usage rules.

4. Data Processing and Privacy Protection

We take your privacy very seriously and follow these data processing rules:

• Original Avatar: Photos you upload are used solely for this AI avatar generation and are deleted immediately after generation, without being stored long-term on our servers.
• Generated Avatar: Generated avatars are temporarily stored on our servers for up to 24 hours, after which they are automatically deleted.
• Facial Data: We do not collect, store, or utilize any facial features from your images and will not use them for AI model training or any other purposes.
• Data Storage: All data is currently stored on servers located within mainland China and is not transferred across borders.
• Local Data: Any images saved locally on your device are managed by you personally and are not covered by this agreement.

5. Service Guarantee

We are committed to providing stable and efficient AI generation services. In case of temporary service interruptions due to system maintenance, network anomalies, or force majeure events, we will strive to restore services as soon as possible and will not assume additional liability for compensation. If technical issues prevent you from successfully generating an avatar, please contact customer support.

6. User Responsibility

• Please do not upload any illegal, pornographic, privacy-infringing, or copyrighted content.
• You should properly safeguard your account information. We are not responsible for any loss of credits resulting from account leaks.

7. Agreement Changes

We reserve the right to modify this agreement according to business developments or changes in laws and regulations. Updated content will be announced through in-app notifications or changelogs. We recommend that you review it periodically.
